Of circular form, the disc carved in the form of three sinuous chilong in high relief in circle; the reverse further carved in shallow relief with two encircling chilong amidst cloud scrolls. The stone is of white to russet tone with black inclusions and veinings. Qing Dynasty period.

採用上等和田玉製成，玉質細膩溫潤，寶光十足，色澤自然古樸，油脂感厚重，包漿肥厚，局部帶有黑褐色沁色。正面採用鏤雕，高浮雕技法雕飾三條螭龍，額頭扁闊，雙眼圓瞪，翹鼻方嘴，強壯矯健，盤踞其上，首尾相望，四足呈爬行狀，體態流暢呈S 形，長尾分叉卷起，生動古拙，別饒雅趣。反面淺浮雕雕飾兩條螭龍。
