菩薩頭戴寶冠，耳上佩戴寶相花耳環，耳側有 U 形發帶向上翻捲。面形圓潤，高額隆鼻小 嘴，形象祥和端莊。上身半露，下身著 裙，衣紋流暢輕柔，優美自然，雙腿跌伽安坐蓮瓣之上，形製大方、穩重，蓮瓣寬大飽滿。
