此件白度母尊像結跏跌坐，右手垂於膝側、結與願印，左手當胸結拔濟眾生印。梳高髻，頭戴象徵五方佛的五葉冠，頸部、腰間掛珠寶瓔珞，並佩飾臂釧、手環、腳環等。上身坦露，寬肩、細腰，雙乳曲線柔和，頭頸稍稍向右傾、整體靜穆，栩栩如生。
