銅胎鎏金，掐絲琺瑯工藝，色澤燦爛，香插作小碟造型，中部凸起小瓶以作插香之用，采用掐絲琺瑯工藝而就，通體施天藍色琺瑯為地，填紅黃藍白綠等色作纏枝花卉紋、暗八寶紋，紋飾精美，五彩斑斕，底部鏨刻“大清乾隆年制”六字楷書款，此件銅胎精純緊密，色澤艷美富麗，制作工藝精湛，當為清乾隆朝皇室宮廷之香具，較為難得。
