盒為子母口，和田玉材質，瑩潤細膩，蓋先雕琢花卉紋，後在其中以多寶鑲嵌，出靈芝紋飾，盒身亦鑲嵌多寶石，與蓋呼應，下呈和田碧玉纏枝蓮紋圓底座，整體保存完整，端莊典雅，乃文房雅器。
