寶生如來，是五方佛中的南方佛，表福德，象徵著大日如來五智中的第三智即平等性智，又譯為“南方福德聚寶生如來”，寶相佛，寶幢佛等， 位於南方歡喜世界，可滿足眾生的一切願望。守護經曰：“復於南方面向北坐，亦作如上金剛結跏，端身正坐，左手如前執衣兩角，右手仰掌，名滿願印，此即寶生如來之印。”佛陀紅銅鎏金，高髻，大耳垂肩，開臉圓潤，額部高廣，眉目清秀，表情肅穆，雙眸俯視，大鼻厚唇，寬肩窄腰，薄衣貼體，左手抱寶瓶結禪定印，右手伸於右膝前，翻掌向前作與願印，下身著僧裙，雙腿結跏跌坐，極富時代氣息。整像工藝精湛，胎體厚重，風格鮮明，特徵突出，是一尊藝術收藏和宗教禮拜兼有的藝術佳作。
