The bodhisattva is shown seated in dhayanasa upon double lotus throne, with primary hands clasped together in front of chest and two arms raised in mudra, wearing beaded jewelry and scarves around arms, face with meditative expression and with hair pulled into a chignon framed with pointed crown. Qing Dynasty period.

四臂觀音，藏傳佛教密宗本尊之一，是雪域西藏的守護神。本器面相方圓，細眉高翹，雙目低垂，表情沉靜。肉髻高聳，寶珠頂嚴，頭戴五葉花冠，寬肩束腰，體態均稱，造型優美。上身袒露，胸前飾項圈瓔珞，帔帛搭於肩，在雙手腕處分別繞成半圓環，繞過兩腿垂於蓮座前方。下身著長裙，主臂雙手於胸前合十全跏趺坐於蓮花寶座之上。整體衣褶自然流暢，蓮瓣寬大飽滿，通體金色明亮。
