The bowl of deep sides from straight foot, the exterior carved in relief with seated buddha on lotus stand in each patel, all supported on fitted stand with spreading foot carved in the form of openwork lotus petals. The stone is of celadon white tone with russet veins and inclusions.

此鉢白玉材質，溫潤光瑩。敞口，腹部下收，圈足。用刀犀利，渾然天成，浮雕七佛坐像，精巧雅緻，惟妙惟肖。據《長阿含經》卷一記載，指釋迦牟尼佛之前有六位佛陀， 他們是毘婆屍佛、屍棄佛、毘舍浮佛、拘留孫佛、拘那含牟尼佛、迦葉佛，加上釋迦牟尼佛，通稱「過去七佛」。此鉢選料珍稀，雕工精美，造型別緻，拋光精細，帶有原配鏤空底座，實屬難得。
