The bodhisattva is shown standing upon a lotus throne, with primary hands clasped together and six arms extending out, wearing robe with incised hem and billowing scarves around arms and shoulder, with eleven faces each framed with pointed crown. Qing Dynasty period.

十一面觀音菩薩，又稱十一面觀自在菩薩、大光普照觀世音菩薩。此尊十一面觀音立像，僅衣飾、頭冠部分鎏金，面部及裸露的身體部分均不鎏金。細觀菩薩面相，直鼻挺拔，下頜略尖，雙眉與鼻樑相連，面容棱角比較清晰，略顯清秀。下身著長裙，長裙貼體，勾勒出雙腿曲線，下擺外撇猶如魚尾效果，衣紋流暢美觀，裙邊刻有精美花紋，腰間繫帶，並以華麗繁瑣的瓔珞裝飾。菩薩腳下所踩的雙層蓮花寶座同樣異常華麗，肥厚飽滿的蓮瓣非常精美，奪人眼球同時也更好的烘托出主尊之高貴，是乾隆時期的精品之作。
