Well potted with the full rounded shoulders rising at a gently flared angle from the base and sweeping to a short waisted neck, body painted with two large sinuous dragon, against peony scroll, the base inscribed with six character Wan Li mark. Ming Dynasty period.

梅瓶唇口，豐肩，細足，器身繪釉裏紅纏枝蓮及五爪龍兩條，龍頭巨大，臉飽滿，鬃發無比密集，以頭頂頭版頭條為界，向兩側紛披。嘴大張，吐出飄帶形長舌，雙目圓睜。龍身的鱗多簡化成鋸條形，明代奉若神明火德，以是正在龍、獅及獸隨身多帶有火苗紋。 張先生舊藏
