Of globular form, the body finely enamelled with stylized meandering lotus scrolls, rising to a waisted neck and flared rim, surrounded by five smaller straight necks. Qing Dynasty period.

此六頸瓶侈口，長頸，圓體，管鈕形蓋，肩部另出五枝細長圓管頸，連蓋中央之頸口共六頸，故名。蓋飾五朵折枝寶相花。肩施寶藍地，週邊細頸下繪如意頭，間飾折枝花。瓶身飾纏枝寶相花。此瓶整體設色清晰鮮明，製作工藝考究，造型新穎獨特，是清中期時期琺瑯器中的新器形。
