Of oval section, the broad pear-shaped body raised on a splayed foot cast with a archaistic taotie bands, decorated at the neck with a geometric band, centered on each side with an animal-mask in relief, the shoulder set with an arched handle, the domed cover surmounted by a domed knop, the stone is of russet and celadon tone. Qing Dynasty period.

整件器物以青玉雕琢而成，仿青銅器卣形制，橢圓口，長頸垂腹，圈足內斂，頸部兩端做活環提梁，正面飾以獸首，腹部及圈足淺刻獸面紋，線條精致細膩。卣為高古時期的盛酒容器，主要流行於商周。器上花紋為浮雕式。器物端莊渾厚，屬青銅器中精品。清代多有模仿，以玉質提梁卣為珍罕，十分寶貴。
