林散之,名霖,又名以霖,字散之,號三癡、左耳、江上老人等,生於江蘇南京市江浦縣（今南京市浦口區）,著名詩人、書畫家,尤擅草書。 1972年中日書法交流選拔時一舉成名,其書法作品《中日友誼詩》被譽為“林散之第一草書”。趙樸初、啟功等稱之詩、書、畫“當代三絕”,被譽為當代“草聖”,林散之草書被稱之為“林體”。
