The domed white jade hat rest carved in relief with a pair of dragons in pursuit of a white jade Yin-Yang pearl to the center, its scales, claws, and head highly detailed, all against the ground of swirling auspicious clouds. The rest supported on a slender hardwood stand and raised on a circular base, terminating in four rectangular section feet. Qing Dynasty Qianlong Period.
