This incense garniture set comprises of three pierces, including a tripod censer of compressed and lobed body, supported on three stout feet with gilded mythical beast mask, the body enamelled all over with elaborate floral scroll on turquoise ground, the cover pierced with gilt-metal openwork and surmounted by a gilt-metal finial above key-fret rim; the second a lobed shaped box decorated all over with floral scroll, the top with similar motif enclosed within a blue enamelled pedestal band; the third a slender and lobed shaped vase raised on a spreading gilt-metal foot ring with incised decoration, the body enamelled with elaborate floral scroll motif, the rim gilded. Including original wood stand and wood box. Qing Qianlong Dynasty period.
