The blue and white bowl's exterior depicts a scene of scholars conversing and resting in an outside setting with flowers, trees, and rockworks, the interior depicts butterflies flying amidst flower trees and plants. Bottom bears six character "DAMING CHONGZHEN NIANZHI" mark. Late Ming Dynasty period.
