Of globular form, the teapot in the shape of pumpkin, with arching intertwining branches acting as handle, leaves covering spout and side. The bottom bears artist mark "Jiang Rong".

此壺即為一南瓜造型，無論提梁，流口，蓋與鈕均為南瓜的莖，葉，瓜蒂。整器無論比例，顏色，面面俱到，栩栩如生，實為佳作。壺底有“荊溪蔣蓉製”圓章。
Jiang Rong was born in Chuangbu village, Yixing city, during 1919. She is a famous female Yixing zisha stoneware maker, known for creative styles, clever use of colors, detailed and intricate craftsmanship, and realistic designs.
蔣蓉，1919年生於宜興川埠鄉，是位有名的女工藝師。她的作品構思奇特，配色巧妙，做工精細，器型逼真，自成一格。
