Of rectangular form with irregular top, finely detailed in shallow relief with a three-clawed dragon emerging from the waves and followed by a sinuous chilong, with a four character signature on vertical side, the seal face carved with ten characters. Qing Dynasty period.

印文:西園主人品銘三代之印。汪啟淑，字慎儀，號秀峰，又號訒庵，安徽徽州府歙縣綿潭人，清代藏書家。官至兵部郎中。汪啟淑喜藏書，有藏書樓名「開萬樓」。嗜印章，收集印章至數萬顆，同時期吳兆傑、董洵、王轂、汪肇龍、桂馥等名家均為其刻印，為東南藏印大家。
