Comprising three pieces, the first a cylindrical censer supported on three ruyi-shaped feet, decorated around the body with dense 'wan' motifs; the second a pear-shaped vase raised on a flared footring with a gently tapering neck, decorated all over dense 'wan' motifs; and the third a circular covered box raised on a short foot with a domed cover, decorated with dense wan motifs; the gilded base engraved with a horizontal mark and the character cheng. Qing Dynasty Qianlong period.
