Provenance: From the personal collection of Mr. T.R. Pierce in Orange County, Southern California, acquired approximately in 1994 directly from the artist. Mr. Pierce, an American electrical engineer and project manager, lived and worked in Shanghai and Guangzhou during the 1990s and had frequent interactions with the local art community.
