Finely carved on one side in relief with three elderly Figurines appreciating a scroll painting on a rocky ledge beside a flowing river stream, overlooked by a scholar and his attendant under pine trees standing behind rocky formations in the background, the panel inscribed with an imperial poem at the upper center; the reverse side depicting a figure sitting inside a litter and accompanied with a young attendant moving towards two seated Figurines engaging in conversation under pine trees, the hardwood stand highly carved with intricate dragon and lotus floral pattern. Qing Dynasty period.
