The marble stele is carved with a pensive buddha modelled in the round seated in lalitasana with leg crossed over the left knee, his left hand resting on his right foot while the right arm (now missing) bends up toward the face in pensive thought, the Figurines dressed in a long robe clinging around the body and draping in loose folds over his legs, all against a bodhi tree, overall with traces of red pigments. Northern Qi Dynasty period.
