Chinese. The pear-shaped body painted around the sides with banana trees and bamboo beside rocks in a garden, between a band of lappets around the base and a ruyi band at the shoulder, the waisted neck with a scrollwork band beneath a band of upright stiff leaves, the base with a six-character mark in underglaze blue. Qing Dynasty period, 20th century.

本品撇口，細長頸，下腹略垂鼓，圈足外撇。造型周正俊秀，外形線條流暢優美。胎質細膩，腹部飾青花芭蕉竹石圖案，欄杆周圍，芭蕉和蘭竹生於奇石之間，生機盎然，富有園林小景的別緻趣味，紋飾描繪細膩，富有層次感，給人以水墨小品畫的清幽之境。頸部飾蕉葉紋，卷草紋以及靈芝雲紋作飾，底端為明清時期習見的變體蓮紋。此式芭蕉竹石圖玉壺春瓶為清宮陳設之經典，及摹仿明代永宣青花而成。“大清光緒年制”款識。
