Of square section, supported on a conforming low waisted foot, flanked by an angular spout issuing from beast mouth, to the opposite with an angular dragon-formed handle, carved on each side in shallow relief with dragon leaping from the ocean amidst clouds, the domed cover set with a bud knop, the base inscribed in gilt with three characters mark 'Sui An Shi' (Chamber of Peace Regardless). Mid Qing Dynasty period.

本器潔白細膩，如脂若冰，通體無暇無裂。 器型飽滿而秀美，造型特殊，一般玉壺為圓形居多，然此器呈四方型。掏膛厚薄均一，頂部子母口帶蓋，嚴絲合縫，蓋鈕飾“包袱紋”，蓋上飾“蓮瓣紋”，口沿部位分別琢回紋一周。 腹部凸雕龍首為壺柄，局部留有和田籽料所帶有的原皮色。折楞，龍首於肩部，似口含器身。 器身方形四面開光飾”海水龍紋”，巨龍神態兇猛，造型逼真，海水奔騰，洶湧澎湃，側身飛翔隱現於祥雲海水之中。底呈四方型，雕刻“回紋”一 周。底足填金陰刻篆書“隨安室”款識“。隨安室”,又名“溫室”, 上有仙樓,原為供佛,即皇帝齋戒時的寢宮。整器取材優良，雕工精湛，設計精巧，法度謹嚴，實屬難得佳品。可參考台北故宮藏白玉方形茶壺。
