Qing Dynasty period. Seated with legs hidden beneath a cloak wrapped around the lower body, the kashaya chased with a silver inlaid patchwork pattern and floral borders, the right hand in bhumisparsa mudra, the left hand holding a sutra, the gilt painted facial features well-defined beneath the bare head, all supported on double lotus throne.

上師像頭部渾圓，面部刻畫寫實，雙頰圓潤，眉如彎月，雙目平直，雙唇肥厚，面帶 微笑，面容慈善，表情生動，神態堅定從容，高高的顴骨和碩大的雙耳是其形象特徵。身著交領僧衣，臂膀圓潤厚實，四肢粗壯有力，左手結“禪定印”，右手結“與願印”， 雙腿結跏趺端坐於蓮花寶座上，蓮座上下邊緣各飾一周連珠紋，上下對稱排列，飽滿有 力，層次分明。
