採用上等和田白玉製成，玉質潔白細膩，瑩潤光潔，包漿醇熟。採用圓雕，透雕描繪“松下高士”場景，周圍山石聳立，蒼松遒勁，二高士神態各異，交談甚歡，童子手持船槳，側頭微笑。整器技法嫻熟，刀工精準健勁，佈局構圖嚴謹合理，不失法度。配海浪型木座。
