蓋盒呈橢圓型，蓋與盒子母口相接，扣合嚴密。玉質溫潤細密，包漿厚重，瑩潤光潔。蓋面蓋身口沿皆飾”迴紋“一周，蓋面雕飾“穿花螭龍”，充滿動感，力道十足，神態極盡威武森嚴之勢。蓋身四周以“卐“字為地，上淺雕刻“漁家樂圖”，“松樹”“漁夫垂釣”“漁船”。構圖嚴謹，形像生動，畫面感十足。 “文玩”落款。
