Chinese. The cup worked in relief with raised floral scrolls and inlaid in each bloom with semiprecious gem bead, flanked by pair of archaistic kui dragon as handles, the exterior of the rim cast with four character mark. Republic period.

杯純銀質，鼎式，圓形，直口。口沿鏨迴紋一周，一面中部鏨篆書“金甌永固”，外壁滿鏨寶相花，花蕊以碧璽及紅、藍寶石為主。兩側各有一變形龍耳，三足皆為像首式，象耳略小，長牙卷鼻，額頂及雙目間亦嵌珠寶，宮廷藝術精品之作。
