金剛主尊頭戴五葉寶冠，冠葉雕刻精巧。面相端莊圓潤，神態慈祥柔和，雙手環抱明妃，與常見的雙身像不同的是，其雙手沒有在明妃身後交叉，而是上下安置，安立於蓮座上。明妃亦頭戴五葉冠，右臂於主尊頸後，左臂靠在主尊右肩，持金剛撅，左腳環繞主尊腰部，右腳站立。蓮座周正厚重，寬大扁平，製作細膩精緻。整器神態威嚴而生動，比例協調，做工精細，品相完美，鎏金厚重，為上乘之作。
