馬晉（1900—1970）字伯逸，號湛如，又號雲湖，別名伯遠，早年曾用名馬錫麟，室名湛花館，北京大興人。 1922年從金北樓學畫，擅長畫馬，宗法郎世寧。兼擅花鳥畫，又工書法、刻印，並工做風箏。解放前一直以賣畫為生。解放後任北京畫院畫師。
