此件如意以整塊青白玉雕琢而成，玉質溫潤光滑，晶瑩通透，局部略有黃色沁斑。器身曲度優美，如意頭雕琢正龍紋飾，青龍方頭闊嘴，雙目有神，鬃毛後揚，鬚髯飄動，龍鱗光鮮，四肢健碩有力，官氣十足。
