此三足爐為銅質，“大明崇禎甲戌楓裡沈氏家藏”款，敞口，扁圓腹，雙耳沖天，下承三乳足，造型古樸大方，器形規整；爐面通體灑金斑，金斑層次豐富，圓潤規整，包漿渾厚，極具質感，當屬佛前供器，實為一件十分少見的香爐。
