玉質為黃玉，溫潤晶瑩，扁體，形似玦，一側有缺口。神獸作首尾相顧狀，上下吻平齊，口微張，大圓目，浮雕雙大耳；弓背曲體，似“C”字形；首尾端略寬，中部略細，尾為尖鈍狀；中間大孔為對鑽而成，頸部對鑽一小圓孔，用以系佩。器表研磨光滑，光素無紋。
