此尊釋迦牟尼坐像，闊面高髻，五官比例精準，細眉垂目，雙唇微啟，大耳垂肩，儀態安詳沈靜。佛尊身著通肩式袈裟，胸前袒露，衣紋自然起伏。左手結禪定印，右手結說法印，自然平放於右膝之上，雙腿結跏趺坐，神態端莊。整器造型端莊，比例勻稱，肢體豐滿圓潤，鎏金厚實，金光熠熠，具有較高的藝術性。“宣德年制”款識。
