Each of square section, the top carved with a recumbent buddhist lion, the large head detailed with protruding eyes and flared nostril, seated upon ocean waves with incised lines, each seal face carved with eight characters within the square below two characters on the edge.

壽山石「溫潤光澤，易於奏刀」的特性，很早就被用於作雕刻的材料。此件藏品紋理美觀，石質溫潤，肌理潔淨，其溫、潤、膩、凝、細、潔具在。圓雕瑞獸為鈕，體態遒勁，雕琢精緻，生動活潑，下淺刻浮雕雲卷紋。壽山石雕品始見於南朝的石俑，至宋代時已經達到可以供玩賞的水平，於是便有了“收藏”的歷史，但大多數為宮廷及達官貴人所收藏。元末開始用壽山石刻印，並因此有壽山石印鈕藝術的產生，收藏壽山石印材和壽山石印鈕，成為當時文人雅士的喜好，並一直影響到現在。此壽山石印，因材施藝，器型規整，刀法樸茂，成對保存完整，收藏價值甚高。
