Rising from a straight foot, overall suffused with white glaze, the interior center finely incised with cloud motif, the interior wall further decorated with dragons.

明代永樂宣德以甜白釉、紅釉為貴。明代永樂朝燒制的白釉瓷器。是在潔白的瓷胎上施以純凈的透明釉，經窯火燒成後白度很高，給人以“汁水瑩厚如堆脂，光潔如美玉”的甜蜜之感，後世遂以“甜白”命名。它代表了明代白瓷燒制的最高成就，備受世人珍視。本品撇口，淺弧腹，圈足，胎質細密、凈白透亮，胎體輕薄，達到“半脫胎”狀態，光照見影，胎體通過光照可透見器身的紋飾。盤口四周暗刻“龍紋”，盤心暗刻“雲紋”。
