敞口，束頸，鼓腹下收，圈足外撇。滿繪青花紋飾，頸部飾“如意雲紋”，肩部飾“雙銜環獅耳”，主體為“纏枝花卉紋”，開窗繪“卷草龍紋”，足部繪“海水紋”。佈局疏密有致，活潑婉轉，毫無拘泥拖沓之感，青花翠麗，略有暈散，繪工精細，點塗筆法嫻熟。 “大清雍正年制”款識。
