The deep rounded sides rising from a short foot ring, the interior moulded with a pair of phoenix in flight amidst auspicious clouds, overall applied with white glaze, the base unglazed.

甜白釉瓷器以明代永樂窯生產的最為著名。永樂白瓷薄如脫胎，光照見影，在有暗刻紋的薄胎器面上，施以溫潤如玉的白釉，便給人一種“甜”的感受，故名“甜白”。此碗斗笠形，器壁薄透，碗心暗刻雙鳳祥雲紋，敞口，矮圈足，收藏賞玩珍品。
