此尊釋迦牟尼坐像，銅質鎏金，束发式肉髻，螺法整齊，雙目微閉，兩耳垂肩，面露智慧與祥和。佛尊身著通肩式袈裟，胸前袒露，衣紋隨身體起伏，衣褶柔軟垂落，連綿自然，右手放於膝上，左手結說法印。該像造型傳神，紋飾簡潔，身軀健壯。整體鎏金，部分脫落，胎體厚重，保存完整，實為難得。
