此尊騎象護法通體為銅鎏金，護法神頭戴寶冠，髮髻高聳，耳部戴大耳鐺身披波紋飄帶，頸配瓔珞，腕戴手釧。右臂舉金剛杵，左手施說法印，面相和藹，表情舒服，姿態舒展的坐於象背之上，象四足跪立於蓮花座上，蓮瓣四散排列，富有動感。做工精湛，象鼻內捲，造型生動，鎏金保存完美，造型少見，較為難得。
