Tang Dynasty period. Modelled in a spirited pose, the head leaning forward as if eating the grass, the head well-sculpted with nostrils flared, eyes bulging and ears pricked back, the body moulded with wavy manes and straight tail, with traces of red pigments.

馬作俯臥狀，頭部略小，身軀健壯，尾部下垂。馬首線條俊朗，身軀、四肢比例勻稱，造型準確，生動寫實。尤其頭部刻畫細緻、傳神，眼、耳、鼻、嘴等五官塑造得惟妙惟肖，面部肌肉十分逼真。
