First Half 20th century. Republic period. Of globular form, the sides rising to a straight columnar neck, the body painted in famille rose enamels on the exterior to depict a continuous scene of mountain and river landscape, including waterfall, riverbank, huts, scattered amid lush trees, and fisheman on boat, above with inscriptions 'Jiang Nan Chun Se' (Spring scene of Jiangnan) and signed Zhang Zhitang with one seal mark, dated to autumn of 1941, the base with three character mark.

此瓶圈口、直頸、圓腹、圈足，腹似球狀而得名。外壁通體施白釉，腹部以粉彩繪通景山水人物圖，繪製精細，構圖飽滿，遠山近水、草屋人物刻劃的淋漓盡致。整體器型周正，修胎規整，胎質細膩，釉面潔淨，施彩厚重，保存完好，文房陳設精品，值得收藏。
