觀音立於蓮花台座上，下承一四方開光底托。右手持楊柳枝，左手下垂持甘露瓶。頸戴項鏈，腕穿手鐲，下身裹裙，髮束高髻。杏型背光上有題記，為佛弟子賈子寬敬造。
