The globular vessel is crisply cast to the exterior with two dense bands of stylised interlocking stylized dragon scrolls filled with leiwen pattern, separated by two narrow raised bands, the body flanked by two upright handles. Two further bands of similar pattern form concentric rings on the cover, encircling the round finial decorated with intertwined pattern.
