The vase modelled in baluster form and worked in high-relief and openwork to the exterior with two scaly dragons on both sides, leaping from a bed of swirling waves forming the base, the cover surmounted by an oval knop, the stone of a white celadon tone with patches of russet. Qing Dynasty period.

玉質溫潤，玉如凝脂，細膩瑩澤，寶光內斂。整體呈蓋瓶形，造型精巧雅緻，寶塔型蓋鈕，子母口，瓶內掏膛精細，打磨光滑，線條柔美，渾然大氣。正面一龍盤轉而上，流雲飛濺霞藹升騰，盤繞瓶身追逐寶珠，顯現蒼勁矯捷的氣勢，肌肉有力凸起，四肢健壯，龍紋雕琢精細，纖毫畢現；反面雕有一螭龍口銜花枝俯臥於瓶頸處，四足作攀爬狀，脊背隆起，動感十足，盡顯蟠曲之姿；四周又有蝙蝠飛舞在卷雲、花朵之中，寓意極其美好。本件器物利用高浮雕、透雕等技法，不僅難度大而且極其費材，展現了乾隆一朝宮廷制玉的風範。整體器型厚實圓潤，高雅古樸，造型別緻，線條舒展流暢，刀法細勁遒婉，工藝極為精湛，匠心獨運，秀逸深藴，清雅可玩，雍容華貴，令人賞心悅目，實乃難得的宮廷陳設器物。
