此尊為典型的清代內地漢藏風格造像。宗喀巴短發無冠，面部儀態祥和，雙目平視，法相寧謐莊嚴，雙手施說法印。身著坎肩、僧裙，外披袒右式袈裟，衣緣鏨刻纏枝花卉。蓮座造型穩健，上沿裝飾細密的連珠，蓮瓣修長飽滿。工藝精良，金水光澤熠熠，殊為難得。
