The rectangular stand carved in the form of archaistic angular scrolls, the top carved in shallow relief with orchids and flowers. The stone is of even smooth white tone. Qing Dynasty period.

墨床始見於清代， 又稱墨架、墨臺，是專門用來承擱未幹墨錠的小案架，因墨磨後濕潤，亂放容易玷汙他物，故制墨床以擱墨。白玉為材，玉質溫潤瀅潔，飾蘭草紋、回紋。線條圓潤，技法純熟，紋飾層次分明，古樸而精雅，頗具文人意趣。
