Cast with a deep U-shaped body encircled with a taotie band, interrupted by three crest-shaped flanges, with a loop handle issuing from the mouth of an animal head, the flared neck rising to form the pouring spout and exaggerated lip, fitted with a cover cast with two pairs of opposing flanges, all supported on three blade-form legs. Song Dynasty period.

青銅蓋，流部寬厚上翹，杯體為圓卵形，腹部出脊，三足作等腰三角形分佈外撇，給人以穩定感。腹部裝飾以雲雷紋為地的獸面紋，獸面紋的雙目圓凸。這件青銅爵的鑄造工藝成熟完善，器型規整，紋飾的裝飾頗為精緻，為典型的中國古代器物。
