此玉瓶白玉製成，玉質細膩潔白，呈扁型，鼓腹，束腰。分器、蓋兩個部分，子母口緊密相合，雙素耳，瓶身份別飾有芭蕉紋、如意紋、饕餮紋。紋飾清晰，構圖嚴謹規整，實屬難得。
