Carved as a baluster vase with two small loop handles, with domed cover and surmounted with a knop finial, the body joined with a smaller vessel with a sinuous chilong clambering on top, the stone is of greenish yellow tone with minor russet inclusions. Mid Qing Dynasty period.

明高濂在《遵生八箋·燕閒清賞》中就論道：“玉以黃玉為上，羊脂次之。”黃玉為及其罕見的玉種。此器以整塊黃玉精雕製成，玉質細膩，溫潤柔和。瓶身光素無紋，呈扁圓形，長頸，鼓腹，蓋鈕呈寶瓶狀。瓶身連接小杯，杯上浮雕螭龍，側首顧望，四肢緊撲瓶身，矯健有力，身軀肌理分明。此瓶件玉質優美，樣式古樸而有新意，造型重視平衡感，又富有韻律，中正莊嚴又不落俗套，藝術水平極高，題材構思精巧，費工頗多，彌足珍貴且功力非凡，不失為收藏欣賞之珍品。
